1. Gather a few friends: And enjoy a casual dining experience at the Hugh, a new food hall that has 15 restaurants in one place. You can sample everything from KazuNori's fresh handrolls with crispy nori and warm rice to Miznon’s Mediterranean street food.

2. Experience the light and color of Monet in a new way: When you see Olafur Eliasson and Claude Monet (through January 22, 2023) at the Frick’s temporary home in the Marcel Breuer-designed building on Madison. The exhibit presents Monet’s Vétheuil next to a work from the contemporary artist, Olafur Eliasson, who you may know from the “New York City Waterfalls” public art installation in 2008. Eliasson’s practice explores how light, color, and perception create our understanding of shared experiences.
While there see the Frick’s collection of Renaissance and early 20th century master pieces as though for the first time. With the modern architecture breathing new life into the artwork and the colorful paintings bringing warmth to the concrete architecture.
